An eligibility estimate is useful only with its conditions
A simple result can feel definitive when the assumptions and verification stage are not visible.
It may describe a preliminary route rather than an offer of funds.
Retaining the conditions lets the reader know what remains unresolved. The website should not turn an encouraging estimate into a statement that approval has already occurred.
